Terms of Use, Enrolment and Services

PART I: GENERAL PROVISIONS

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the IAS Pass Platform[cite: 1]. These Terms govern your use of the Platform, enrolment in Courses, access to Services, payments, refunds, intellectual property, user conduct, dispute resolution and other legal rights and obligations[cite: 1]. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an Account, enrolling in a Course, making a payment, attending a class, accessing study material or using any Service offered by IAS Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms[cite: 1].

Introduction

Welcome to IAS Pass (“IAS Pass”, “we”, “our” or “us”)[cite: 1]. These Terms of Use, Enrolment and Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.iaspass.com, together with any associated websites, mobile applications, learning management systems, communication platforms, digital resources, classroom programmes, online programmes, test series, mentorship initiatives, workshops, webinars, publications and every other product or service offered by IAS Pass, whether online or offline (collectively, the “Platform” and the “Services”)[cite: 1].

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between IAS Pass and every person who accesses, browses, registers on, purchases from, enrols in, or otherwise uses the Platform or Services[cite: 1]. By using the Platform, creating an Account, purchasing any Course, making any payment, accessing study material, attending classes, downloading resources or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other policy published by IAS Pass from time to time[cite: 1]. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform or Services[cite: 1].

1. Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below[cite: 1]:

1.1 "IAS Pass": "IAS Pass" means the educational platform operating under the brand name IAS Pass, together with its proprietors, partners, directors, employees, faculty members, mentors, evaluators, consultants, contractors, affiliates, successors, assigns and authorised representatives[cite: 1].

1.2 "Platform": "Platform" includes www.iaspass.com, any mobile application, student portal, learning management system (LMS), online classroom, communication channel, webinar platform, examination portal, cloud-based service, software, social media page or any other online or offline medium through which IAS Pass provides its Services[cite: 1].

1.3 "Services": "Services" include every educational, academic and allied service offered by IAS Pass, including but not limited to: Classroom Programmes, Online Courses, Hybrid Courses, Live Classes, Recorded Lectures, Test Series, Mock Interviews, Answer Writing Programmes, Current Affairs Programmes, Mentorship Programmes, Evaluation Services, Printed Books, Digital Notes, Study Material, Practice Questions, Workshops, Webinars, Consultations, Educational Events and every other product or service introduced by IAS Pass from time to time[cite: 1].

1.4 "Course": "Course" means every academic programme, module, batch, lecture series, workshop, webinar, mentorship programme, test series, digital product or educational offering made available through the Platform[cite: 1].

1.5 "User": "User" means every visitor, student, parent, guardian, purchaser, subscriber, faculty member, institution or any other individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform in any manner whatsoever[cite: 1].

1.6 “Digital Content”: “Digital Content” includes every lecture, recording, video, audio, digital note, PDF, presentation, infographic, article, e-book, answer key, test paper, question bank, software, database, image, graphic, logo, trademark, design, downloadable file and every other digital intellectual property made available through the Platform[cite: 1].

1.7 “Physical Content”: “Physical Content” includes printed books, printed notes, printed study material, handouts, worksheets, printed question papers, printed test papers, printed compilations and any other physical academic material supplied or made available by IAS Pass[cite: 1].

1.8 “Content”: “Content” means Digital Content, Physical Content and every other academic, educational, promotional, technical or proprietary material created, owned, licensed, published, distributed or made available by IAS Pass in any form or medium[cite: 1].

1.9 “Account”: “Account” means the registered profile created by a User for accessing the Platform or any part thereof[cite: 1].

1.10 “Applicable Law”: “Applicable Law” means every law, rule, regulation, notification, governmental direction and judicial decision applicable within the Republic of India[cite: 1].

2. Acceptance of these Terms & Policy Hierarchy

2.1 These Terms govern every use of the Platform and apply to every User without exception[cite: 1].
2.2 By accessing or using any part of the Platform, a User confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms[cite: 1].
2.3 Policy Hierarchy: These Terms shall be read together with the Privacy Policy and any other policy, guideline, notice or instruction published by IAS Pass from time to time[cite: 1]. In the event of any inconsistency:
(a) these Terms shall govern the contractual relationship between IAS Pass and the User, including enrolment, course delivery, payments, refunds, intellectual property, user conduct and dispute resolution[cite: 1];
(b) the Privacy Policy shall govern the collection, processing, storage, use and protection of personal information[cite: 1];
(c) the Refund and Cancellation Policy contained within these Terms shall govern refund-related matters[cite: 1];
(d) any Course-specific written terms expressly published by IAS Pass for a particular Course shall apply only to that Course, to the extent they are not inconsistent with these Terms[cite: 1]. Nothing contained in any policy shall be interpreted as excluding any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded under Applicable Law[cite: 1].
2.4 IAS Pass reserves the right to modify, update, replace or discontinue any part of these Terms, the Platform or the Services at any time[cite: 1]. Revised Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated[cite: 1].
2.5 Continued use of the Platform following any revision shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms[cite: 1].

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Platform is intended for persons who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Applicable Law[cite: 1].
3.2 Where a User has not attained the age of majority or otherwise lacks legal capacity, the parent or lawful guardian shall be responsible for registration, payment, acceptance of these Terms and supervision of the User's use of the Platform[cite: 1].
3.3 IAS Pass may require documentary proof of identity, age, educational qualifications or any other information considered reasonably necessary for verification[cite: 1].
3.4 IAS Pass reserves the right to refuse registration or discontinue Services if satisfactory verification is not provided[cite: 1].

4. User Registration and Accounts

4.1 Certain Services may require the creation of an Account[cite: 1].
4.2 Users agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information during registration and shall promptly update any information that subsequently changes[cite: 1].
4.3 Users shall remain solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials[cite: 1].
4.4 Every Account is personal to the registered User and may not be transferred, assigned, licensed, sold, shared or otherwise made available to any other person without the prior written consent of IAS Pass[cite: 1].
4.5 Any activity carried out through a User's Account shall be deemed to have been undertaken by the registered User unless proven otherwise[cite: 1].
4.6 Users shall immediately notify IAS Pass at info.iaspass@gmail.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or misuse of their Account[cite: 1].

5. Administrative Rights of IAS Pass

To ensure the efficient administration, security and integrity of the Platform, IAS Pass reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where circumstances reasonably require, to:
(a) suspend, restrict or terminate any Account[cite: 1];
(b) refuse registration or admission to any Course[cite: 1];
(c) merge, split or reorganise batches[cite: 1];
(d) modify schedules, academic calendars or modes of delivery[cite: 1];
(e) limit access to any feature of the Platform[cite: 1];
(f) verify User identity or payment details[cite: 1];
(g) investigate suspected misuse of the Platform[cite: 1]; and
(h) take any other administrative measure reasonably necessary for the operation, security or academic management of the Platform[cite: 1].
Except where expressly required by Applicable Law, the exercise of such rights shall not entitle any User to compensation, damages or a refund[cite: 1].

6. Reservation of Rights

6.1 Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, every right, title and interest in the Platform, Services and Content shall remain exclusively vested in IAS Pass and its licensors[cite: 1].
6.2 Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as transferring ownership of any intellectual property or proprietary right to any User[cite: 1].
6.3 Any right not expressly granted under these Terms shall be deemed to be reserved by IAS Pass[cite: 1].

PART II: THE SERVICES

7. Nature of Services

7.1 IAS Pass is an educational platform that provides learning resources and academic support for competitive examinations through various modes of delivery[cite: 1]. The Services may include, without limitation: classroom programmes; online courses; hybrid learning programmes; live interactive classes; recorded lectures; mentorship programmes; answer writing programmes; test series; mock interviews; doubt resolution sessions; workshops; webinars; study material; printed publications; digital publications; educational events; and such other academic or ancillary services as IAS Pass may introduce from time to time[cite: 1].

7.2 The scope, duration, structure, methodology, features and mode of delivery of each Course shall be determined solely by IAS Pass and may vary from one Course to another[cite: 1].

7.3 Nothing contained on the Platform, in any advertisement, brochure, presentation, webinar, counselling session or promotional material shall be construed as creating a contractual obligation to provide every feature, faculty member or facility unless expressly stated as forming part of the purchased Course[cite: 1].

8. Course Enrolment

8.1 A User may enrol in a Course by completing the prescribed registration process and making payment through the authorised payment methods made available by IAS Pass[cite: 1].
8.2 Submission of an application or payment of fees does not automatically guarantee admission into a Course[cite: 1]. Admission shall be deemed complete only after confirmation by IAS Pass[cite: 1].
8.3 IAS Pass reserves the right to refuse, decline, suspend or cancel any admission where it reasonably considers such action necessary for academic, administrative, disciplinary, operational or legal reasons[cite: 1].
8.4 Where admission is refused before the commencement of Services, IAS Pass may process an appropriate refund in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy contained in these Terms[cite: 1].

9. Academic Autonomy

9.1 IAS Pass believes that the effective delivery of quality education requires academic flexibility and institutional discretion[cite: 1]. Accordingly, IAS Pass reserves the right to determine and revise, whenever reasonably necessary: teaching methodology; pedagogical approach; syllabus sequence; lesson plans; course structure; order of topics; pace of teaching; evaluation methodology; assignments; practice questions; test schedules; academic calendar; and every other academic aspect of a Course[cite: 1].
9.2 Such revisions shall be made with the objective of improving academic outcomes, maintaining quality standards or responding to examination requirements and shall not constitute a deficiency of service[cite: 1].

10. Faculty

10.1 Faculty members associated with any Course are assigned based upon academic planning, availability and institutional requirements[cite: 1].
10.2 IAS Pass reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: appoint additional faculty; replace faculty; rotate faculty; assign guest faculty; engage subject experts; reallocate faculty across batches; or otherwise modify faculty assignments, whether on a temporary or permanent basis[cite: 1].
10.3 No User shall be entitled to seek cancellation, refund, compensation or damages merely because: a faculty member has changed; multiple faculty members teach the same Course; guest faculty are engaged; recorded sessions are used; another faculty completes the remaining syllabus[cite: 1].

11. Batch Timings and Scheduling

11.1 Batch timings displayed on the Platform, brochures, advertisements or promotional material are indicative and may be modified whenever reasonably necessary[cite: 1].
11.2 IAS Pass may: change class timings; revise weekly schedules; reschedule lectures; extend class duration; conduct additional classes; reduce intervals between classes; hold weekend classes; organise extra sessions; conduct revision sessions; or rearrange academic calendars, to ensure effective completion of the Course[cite: 1].
11.3 Such changes shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and shall not ordinarily entitle any User to cancellation or refund[cite: 1].

12. Batch Reorganisation

12.1 IAS Pass reserves the right to merge, split, reorganise or restructure batches whenever reasonably required due to: academic considerations; optimum utilisation of faculty; operational efficiency; student strength; technological requirements; or any other legitimate institutional reason[cite: 1].
12.2 A User may accordingly be transferred to another batch offering substantially similar academic content[cite: 1].
12.3 Such reorganisation shall not affect the validity of enrolment and shall not constitute a deficiency of service[cite: 1].

13. Mode of Delivery

13.1 Courses may be delivered through one or more modes including: live online classes; recorded lectures; classroom sessions; hybrid learning; downloadable study material; webinars; virtual meetings; learning management systems; or any other medium adopted by IAS Pass[cite: 1].
13.2 IAS Pass may modify the mode of delivery whenever reasonably necessary due to academic, operational, technological or regulatory considerations[cite: 1].
13.3 Where circumstances so require, IAS Pass may provide recorded lectures in place of live sessions, supplementary sessions in place of missed sessions, or equivalent academic content through another medium[cite: 1].
13.4 The substitution of one reasonable mode of delivery for another shall not constitute a material alteration of the Course[cite: 1].

14. Course Material

14.1 Course material may include: printed books; printed notes; digital notes; PDFs; presentations; recordings; answer keys; question papers; practice material; infographics; current affairs compilations; or any other educational resource[cite: 1].
14.2 Course material may be updated, revised, expanded, replaced or withdrawn by IAS Pass whenever considered academically appropriate[cite: 1].
14.3 IAS Pass does not undertake to maintain every historical version of any study material, Digital Content, Physical Content or other Content[cite: 1].

15. Platform and Technology

15.1 IAS Pass may upgrade, replace or modify its website, mobile application, learning management system, communication platform or technological infrastructure at any time[cite: 1].
15.2 Users may be required to migrate to new systems or applications introduced by IAS Pass[cite: 1].
15.3 Reasonable interruptions arising from maintenance, upgrades, security measures or technological improvements shall not constitute a breach of these Terms[cite: 1].

16. Access to Courses

16.1 Access to any Course shall be provided only for the duration specified by IAS Pass at the time of enrolment or as otherwise communicated[cite: 1].
16.2 Upon expiry of the applicable access period, IAS Pass may suspend or discontinue access to the Course, Digital Content, Physical Content or related resources without further notice[cite: 1].
16.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, enrolment in a Course does not confer lifetime access[cite: 1].

PART III: COMMERCIAL TERMS

17. Course Fees and Pricing

17.1 The fee payable for a Course shall be the fee displayed on the Platform or otherwise communicated by IAS Pass at the time of enrolment[cite: 1].
17.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)[cite: 1].
17.3 Applicable taxes, statutory levies or government charges shall be charged in addition to the Course fee wherever required by Applicable Law[cite: 1].
17.4 IAS Pass reserves the right to revise the price of any Course, product or Service at any time before enrolment[cite: 1]. Such revision shall not affect payments already accepted for the relevant Course unless required by Applicable Law[cite: 1].
17.5 Different Users may purchase the same Course at different prices depending upon: promotional campaigns; scholarships; institutional arrangements; limited-time offers; referral programmes; loyalty benefits; geographical considerations; batch-specific pricing; or any other commercial policy determined by IAS Pass[cite: 1]. No User shall be entitled to claim a refund, credit, adjustment or price equalisation merely because another User has purchased the same or a similar Course at a different price[cite: 1].

18. Payment of Fees

18.1 Payment for Courses and Services shall be made only through payment methods authorised by IAS Pass[cite: 1].
18.2 A User shall ensure that all payment information furnished is accurate and that the payment instrument used is lawfully owned or authorised for such use[cite: 1].
18.3 IAS Pass shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption or failure in payment processing caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks, UPI providers or any third-party payment service[cite: 1].
18.4 Course access may be withheld until successful verification of payment[cite: 1].
18.5 Where a payment is declined, reversed, cancelled or subsequently found to be unauthorised, IAS Pass may suspend or revoke access to the relevant Course without prejudice to any other remedy available under these Terms or Applicable Law[cite: 1].

19. Promotional Offers, Scholarships and Discounts

19.1 IAS Pass may, from time to time, offer promotional discounts, scholarships, coupon codes, referral benefits or special pricing[cite: 1].
19.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise: such offers shall be valid only during the specified promotional period; shall not be combined with any other offer; shall not be redeemable for cash; shall not create any continuing entitlement[cite: 1].
19.3 IAS Pass reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotional scheme at any time without prior notice[cite: 1].
19.4 Any scholarship or concession granted on the basis of incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may be withdrawn, and the User shall be liable to pay the applicable balance fee[cite: 1].

20. Payment Failures and Technical Errors

20.1 Where a payment is deducted from a User's account but is not successfully received by IAS Pass due to technical reasons, the User shall promptly notify IAS Pass and provide reasonable proof of payment[cite: 1].
20.2 IAS Pass shall make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the relevant payment service provider to verify the transaction[cite: 1].
20.3 Until such verification is completed, IAS Pass may defer activation of Course access[cite: 1].
20.4 IAS Pass shall not be liable for delays arising from banking systems, payment gateways, card issuers or other third-party payment service providers[cite: 1].

21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

21.1 A User shall not initiate a chargeback, payment reversal or payment dispute in respect of any transaction without first making a genuine effort to resolve the matter directly with IAS Pass[cite: 1].
21.2 Where a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated after Course access has been provided, IAS Pass reserves the right to: suspend or terminate the User's Account; disable access to all Courses and Digital Content; recover outstanding dues through lawful means; contest the chargeback before the relevant payment service provider[cite: 1].
21.3 Nothing contained herein shall restrict a User's statutory rights under Applicable Law[cite: 1].

22. Refund and Cancellation Policy

22.1 General Principle: IAS Pass invests substantial academic, technological, administrative and operational resources in designing, planning and delivering each Course[cite: 1]. Users are therefore expected to carefully review the Course description, features, duration, fees, access period, batch details and suitability before completing enrolment[cite: 1]. Subject to Applicable Law, all payments made to IAS Pass are intended to be final and non-refundable except in the limited circumstances expressly set out in these Terms[cite: 1].

22.2 Refund Request Period: Any request for refund must:
(a) be submitted in writing to info.iaspass@gmail.com[cite: 1];
(b) clearly mention the registered User’s name, mobile number, email address, Course enrolled in, payment details and reason for the request[cite: 1];
(c) be received by IAS Pass within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment[cite: 1].
Refund requests received after the expiry of seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment shall not be entertained, except where required under Applicable Law[cite: 1].

22.3 Access or Use of Services: A User shall ordinarily cease to be eligible for any refund if the User has substantially accessed, used or benefited from the Course or Services[cite: 1]. For the purposes of this Clause, substantial access or utilisation includes, without limitation:
(a) attending one or more live classes; (b) accessing, viewing or replaying recorded lectures; (c) downloading, receiving or viewing study material; (d) accessing Digital Content or Physical Content; (e) attempting tests, quizzes, assignments or assessments; (f) participating in answer writing programmes; (g) receiving evaluation, feedback or mentorship support; (h) joining restricted Course groups or communication channels; (i) receiving printed study material; or (j) otherwise availing any significant academic or operational benefit connected with the Course[cite: 1].

22.4 Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund: Without limiting Clause 22.3, refund requests shall ordinarily not be accepted merely because:
(a) the User changes examination plans; (b) the User changes their mind after enrolment; (c) the User chooses another coaching institute or learning platform; (d) the User is unable to attend classes; (e) the User relocates or faces scheduling difficulty; (f) the User accepts employment or other professional commitments; (g) the User experiences financial difficulty; (h) the User is dissatisfied after accessing or using the Course; (i) batch timings are revised; (j) faculty assignments change; (k) teaching methodology, syllabus sequence or academic planning is revised; (l) recorded lectures are provided where reasonably necessary; (m) internet connectivity, device or software issues prevent access; (n) the User fails to utilise the Course during the applicable access period[cite: 1].

22.5 Refund Deductions: Where IAS Pass approves a refund, IAS Pass may, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, deduct the reasonable value of:
(a) Services already accessed or utilised; (b) Digital Content or Physical Content already supplied; (c) printed study material, books or notes supplied; (d) courier, logistics or shipping charges; (e) payment gateway charges, banking charges or transaction costs; (f) applicable taxes or statutory deductions; (g) administrative processing expenses; and (h) any other actual cost incurred specifically in relation to the User’s enrolment[cite: 1].

22.6 Discretionary Refunds, Credits or Adjustments: IAS Pass may, in exceptional circumstances, grant a refund, credit note, Course transfer, access extension or other commercial accommodation as a matter of goodwill[cite: 1]. Any such decision shall be: (a) entirely discretionary; (b) subject to such conditions as IAS Pass may impose; (c) without admission of liability; (d) without creating any precedent; (e) without conferring any right upon any other User[cite: 1].

22.7 Cancellation by IAS Pass: Where IAS Pass is unable to commence a Course or permanently discontinues a Course before providing any substantial part of the Services, IAS Pass may, subject to Applicable Law and the facts of the case, provide an appropriate refund, credit note, Course transfer or alternative academic arrangement[cite: 1].

22.8 Processing of Approved Refunds: Where a refund is approved, it shall ordinarily be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to verification, banking timelines and the policies of the relevant payment service provider[cite: 1]. IAS Pass shall not be responsible for delays attributable to banks, payment gateways, card networks, UPI providers or other third-party payment systems[cite: 1].

22.9 No Waiver of Statutory Rights: Nothing contained in this Refund and Cancellation Policy shall exclude or restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Applicable Law[cite: 1].

23. No Transfer of Enrolment

Unless expressly approved in writing by IAS Pass, Course enrolment shall be personal to the registered User and shall not be transferred, assigned, exchanged or resold[cite: 1]. IAS Pass may, in exceptional cases and at its sole discretion, permit transfer of enrolment or adjustment to another Course, batch or programme on such terms as it considers appropriate[cite: 1]. Any such decision shall be discretionary and shall not create a continuing entitlement or precedent[cite: 1].

PART IV: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USER RESPONSIBILITIES

24. Ownership of the Platform and Content

24.1 The Platform, together with all Services and Content made available through it, constitutes valuable intellectual property owned by or lawfully licensed to IAS Pass[cite: 1].
24.2 Without limitation, the following shall remain the exclusive property of IAS Pass or its respective licensors: course structure; curriculum design; lectures; recorded videos; live classes; study material; books; notes; presentations; answer keys; model answers; test papers; question banks; current affairs compilations; graphics; illustrations; logos; trademarks; software; website content; databases; source material; audio recordings; designs; teaching methodology; and every other intellectual property created, published or distributed by IAS Pass[cite: 1].
24.3 Nothing contained in these Terms shall transfer ownership of any intellectual property to a User[cite: 1]. The User receives only a limited licence in accordance with Clause 25[cite: 1].

25. Limited Licence to Use

25.1 Subject to continued compliance with these Terms, IAS Pass grants the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access the purchased Course and related Content solely for personal educational purposes[cite: 1].
25.2 This licence: does not constitute ownership; may not be transferred; may not be assigned; may not be sublicensed; automatically terminates upon suspension or termination of the User's Account[cite: 1].
25.3 No licence is granted for any commercial use whatsoever unless expressly authorised in writing by IAS Pass[cite: 1].

26. Permitted Use

Users may use the Platform solely for their own personal learning[cite: 1]. Subject to these Terms, a User may: attend live classes; access recorded lectures during the applicable access period; read study material; attempt tests; participate in discussions; download material only where expressly permitted; make reasonable personal notes for individual study[cite: 1]. No other right is granted[cite: 1].

27. Prohibited Use

Except with prior written permission from IAS Pass, a User shall not, directly or indirectly: copy any Content; reproduce any Course; photograph lectures or study material for redistribution; screen record videos; audio record lectures; scan printed books for circulation; photocopy substantial portions of study material; distribute notes; upload content to websites; upload content to social media; transmit content electronically; publish content; sell content; rent content; licence content; broadcast content; commercially exploit content; prepare derivative commercial material based substantially upon IAS Pass content; use IAS Pass material for coaching, teaching or training others for consideration; remove copyright notices or watermarks; or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform beyond the limited licence granted under these Terms[cite: 1].

28. Digital Piracy

28.1 IAS Pass maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards digital piracy[cite: 1].
28.2 Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, Users shall not upload, circulate or distribute IAS Pass Content through: Telegram; WhatsApp; Signal; Discord; Google Drive; Dropbox; OneDrive; Mega; cloud storage services; file-sharing platforms; torrents; websites; blogs; online forums; social media platforms; or any similar technology[cite: 1].
28.3 Users shall not encourage, facilitate or assist any third party in obtaining unauthorised access to IAS Pass content[cite: 1].

29.3 Users shall not employ automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or scraping tools to access, extract or reproduce content from the Platform[cite: 1].

30. Account Sharing

30.1 Each Account is intended solely for use by the registered User[cite: 1].
30.2 Users shall not: share login credentials; permit another person to access the Account; simultaneously access the Platform from multiple unauthorised locations; attempt to circumvent access controls; create multiple Accounts to bypass Platform restrictions[cite: 1].
30.3 IAS Pass may employ technological measures to detect suspicious access patterns, simultaneous logins, abnormal usage behaviour or other indicators of unauthorised access[cite: 1].
30.4 Where IAS Pass reasonably suspects account sharing or misuse, it may suspend or terminate access pending verification[cite: 1].

31. Watermarking and Security Measures

33. User Conduct

While using the Platform, a User shall not: engage in abusive, threatening, defamatory or offensive conduct; harass faculty members, employees or other Users; impersonate another person; upload malicious software; interfere with Platform security; attempt unauthorised access to systems; manipulate examinations or assessments; submit plagiarised work where originality is required; interfere with the normal operation of the Platform[cite: 1]. 34. Consequences of Breach

Accordingly, IAS Pass does not guarantee: selection in any examination; qualifying any stage of an examination; any particular score or rank; interview calls; employment; scholarships; or any other academic or professional outcome[cite: 1]. 41. Suspension and Termination

46.2 While using any feature of the Platform or participating in any IAS Pass activity, a User shall not: use abusive, obscene, defamatory or threatening language; harass, intimidate or discriminate against any person; disrupt classes, webinars or mentorship sessions; post spam or repetitive messages; advertise or promote competing coaching institutes, products or services; circulate unauthorised links or promotional material; impersonate another individual; intentionally spread misinformation; encourage academic dishonesty or unfair practices[cite: 1].
46.3 IAS Pass may moderate discussions, remove content, mute participants, restrict participation or suspend access where such action is reasonably necessary to maintain discipline, academic integrity or the safety of the learning environment[cite: 1].

47. Live Classes and Interactive Sessions

48.2 Marks, comments, rankings, grades, observations and suggestions provided by faculty members or evaluators represent academic opinion based on the material submitted and shall not be treated as definitive assessments of future examination performance[cite: 1].
48.3 Unless expressly provided for a particular programme, Users shall not have a contractual right to: re-evaluation; multiple evaluations of the same submission; reassessment by another evaluator; review meetings; or detailed explanations of every remark made by an evaluator[cite: 1].
48.4 IAS Pass reserves the right to determine the methodology, criteria and standards applicable to academic evaluation[cite: 1].

49. Mentorship Services

49.1 Where mentorship is included within a Course, IAS Pass shall endeavour to provide academic guidance in accordance with the scope of the relevant programme[cite: 1].
49.2 Mentorship shall not be interpreted as: unlimited personal consultation; guaranteed availability of any particular mentor; career counselling beyond the scope of the programme; psychological counselling; legal advice; financial advice; or any other professional advisory service[cite: 1].

51. Promotional Rights and Student Contributions

51.1 Where a User voluntarily submits testimonials, reviews, feedback, photographs, videos, interview recordings, success stories, answer copies, rankings, achievements or similar material to IAS Pass, the User grants IAS Pass a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt and communicate such material for educational, promotional, informational or marketing purposes[cite: 1].

72. Platform Security and Anti-Circumvention

72.2 Without limitation, Users shall not: circumvent authentication mechanisms; bypass access restrictions; manipulate URLs or access tokens; interfere with application programming interfaces (APIs); use automated downloading tools; employ browser extensions or software designed to defeat security controls; use proxy services, virtual private networks (VPNs) or similar technologies for the purpose of evading access restrictions or account controls; attempt unauthorised extraction of Digital Content; or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform[cite: 1].
72.3 IAS Pass may employ technical measures to detect and prevent such activities[cite: 1].

73. Refund Adjustments (Applicable Where a Refund Is Approved)

73.1 Where IAS Pass approves a refund under these Terms, IAS Pass may, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, deduct the reasonable value of: Services already utilised; printed study material supplied; courier or shipping charges; administrative processing expenses; taxes or statutory deductions where applicable; and any other actual costs incurred specifically in relation to the User's enrolment[cite: 1].

75. Electronic Records and Platform Logs

75.1 IAS Pass maintains electronic records relating to the operation of the Platform, including, where applicable: registration details; login history; course access records; attendance records; payment confirmations; communication logs; system-generated notifications; and other operational records[cite: 1].
75.2 Such records may be relied upon by IAS Pass for the purposes of administering the Platform, investigating misuse, resolving disputes or establishing compliance with these Terms, subject to Applicable Law[cite: 1].

78. Printed Study Material

78.1 Where a Course includes printed books, notes or other physical study material, IAS Pass shall make reasonable efforts to dispatch such material within a reasonable period[cite: 1].
78.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending upon printing schedules, logistics partners, weather conditions, governmental restrictions or other operational circumstances[cite: 1].
78.3 Users shall ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate[cite: 1]. IAS Pass shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional expenses arising from incorrect information supplied by a User[cite: 1].
78.4 Risk in printed material shall pass to the User upon delivery to the address furnished during registration[cite: 1].

79. Individual Course Access

79.1 Every Course enrolment is intended exclusively for the personal educational use of the registered User[cite: 1].
79.2 Users shall not: permit another person to regularly attend classes through their Account; publicly display lectures; conduct group viewing sessions; use IAS Pass content for classroom teaching; use purchased Courses within another coaching institute; commercially exploit access to the Platform[cite: 1].
79.3 Access purchased by one User shall not create any right of access in favour of any other individual, institution or organisation[cite: 1].

80. Faculty Material and Academic Resources

80.1 Faculty members may revise, update, replace or withdraw their notes, presentations, examples, illustrations, reading lists, answer frameworks or other academic material whenever considered academically appropriate[cite: 1].
80.2 IAS Pass does not undertake to preserve or provide previous versions of academic material unless expressly stated otherwise[cite: 1].
80.3 Academic evolution is an integral part of quality education and shall not constitute a deficiency of service[cite: 1].

81. Classroom and Live Session Discipline

81.1 Faculty members, moderators and authorised representatives of IAS Pass shall have the authority to maintain discipline during live classes, workshops, webinars, mentorship sessions and other academic interactions[cite: 1].
81.2 Where a User materially disrupts the learning environment, IAS Pass may, depending upon the circumstances: mute the participant; remove the participant from the session; temporarily suspend participation; restrict access to interactive features; or take such other reasonable measures as may be necessary to maintain academic discipline[cite: 1].
81.3 Repeated or serious misconduct may result in suspension or termination of the User's Account in accordance with these Terms[cite: 1].

82. Promotional and Educational Use

82.1 Subject to Applicable Law and the Privacy Policy, IAS Pass may publish or display: student achievements; examination results; rankings; interviews; classroom activities; seminar recordings; workshop photographs; academic events; answer copies; testimonials; educational discussions; and other academic material, through its website, social media platforms, brochures, newsletters, presentations or other promotional or educational publications[cite: 1].
